This is a nickname some ‘friends’ invented while I was a teenager, they dubbed me the ‘Hungry Mule’ after witnessing my insatiable appetite for food. My appetite for food has led me – the Hungry Mule – globe trotting, whisking me away from Bridport and the shire to many international destinations where I took up grazing, cooking and working, gaining valuable culinary inspiration and insight along the way.
Now residing back home in Dorset this Mule turned Bridport Caterer takes great pride in offering food reflecting my vast knowledge of varied cuisine utilizing the bountiful and beautiful selection of lovely local produce that Dorset offers.
When the Mule is ready
I have over 15 year’s kitchen experience, in England, Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia, including running the jewel of the Jurassic coast, The Anchor Inn at Seatown. All these experiences have culminated and brought life to my latest creation, Hungry Mule Catering.
Offering original and alternative as well as traditional catering options, you can either stay safe with flavours you know and love or branch out for a more exotic experience.
Combined with an experienced and professional team (the Hungry Mule Herd) and the ability to provide marquees and tents we provide the most comprehensive event catering in the south west.
