A selection of home cooked meats, homemade scotch eggs, sausage rolls, fresh quiches, tangy pickled onions, vibrant salads and freshly baked breads will be sure to please on any occasion.

Meat

Honey, balsamic whole grain mustard glazed ham.
Chicken thighs with sticky honey, lemon and thyme dressing.
Slow cooked pulled beef with watercress and blue vinny pesto.
Pulled lamb with mint and feta pesto.
Braised ham hock with cannellini beans, garlic, herb and mustard dressing.

Fish

Poached salmon with lightly pickled fennel and cucumber, dill and crème fraiche dressing.
Beetroot cured smoked salmon.
Smoked Mackerel and crème fraiche pate with chicory, crostini and spiced almonds.

Parma ham, red pepper and goats cheese.
