Anti-pasti plate of cured meats, stuffed olives, semi dried tomatoes, roast peppers and feta, bread sticks, foccacia bread, aged balsamic and olive oil.

Accompanied by rich roast tomato and basil soup.
Smoked trout pate and potted prawns with a dill, watercress, radish and pickled cauliflower salad, served with date and walnut bread.

Accompanied by spinach and crème fraiche soup.
Chicken and ham hock terrine and coarse pork liver pate with caramelized red onion chutney and rocket salad, served with crusty bread.

Accompanied by wild mushroom soup

Mains

mushrooms, crispy smoked bacon and blue vinny.
Moroccan lamb shank slow cooked in a paprika, chickpea and squash tagine, with mint and cucumber yoghurt.
Chilli and parmesan crusted creamy smoked salmon, haddock, leek and grape gratin with watercress pesto.
Lightly spiced vegetable stew cooked in a rich roast tomato and red pepper sauce with herby polenta dumplings and salsa verde.
