Sample Menu
Starters
- Smoked Salmon, dill and crème fraiche pate with chicory, salsa verde and toasted raisin and walnut bread
- Spiced honey glazed duck breast and pomegranate salad with spiced walnuts, goats cheese and beetroot, tarragon dressing and crispy spring onions
Mains
- Braised beef cheek with chicken liver and brandy pâté, crispy prosciutto, shallot rings, rocket and blue vinny pesto
- Herb and parmesan crusted cod fillet with a pea and leek pearl barley risotto, lemon and dill oil and crisply leeks
- Balsamic and rosemary glazed guinea fowl supreme with a slow cooked chorizo, semi dried tomato and borlotti bean ragout with basil crème fraiche
Served with boulangère potatoes and fresh vegetables

- Salted caramel and chocolate brownie with white and dark chocolate sauce, clotted cream and strawberries
