After travelling extensively throughout Vietnam the Hungry Mule fell in Love with the national dish. Aromatic and lightly spiced using a rich slow simmering stock, Hungry Mule now offer you this perfect noodle broth. Rich with pulled pork, prawns, soft noodles, fresh vegetables, a flavoursome cinnamon, garlic and ginger broth and topped with bean sprouts, herbs, fresh chilli and south east Asian seasonings, it is our favourite dish from Asia.

Crispy sticky glazed, sweet, spicy and salty, rip into some ribs from our rib shack. We guarantee that you won’t taste better, tender falling apart ginger, chilli and sesame infused pork with a crispy sweet and sticky exterior, married up with a fresh mango and cashew nut slaw, our ribs are on offer at events throughout the south west and again offer a great alternative to conventional wedding catering.
Scotch Egg Benny
The perfect scotch egg is a thing of beauty. Our street food scotch egg stall serves them up hot with a crunchy casing, free range, soft, runny and oozy yolk, topped with hollandaise and crispy streaky bacon, it’s the perfect bite for any time of day.
We offer a selection of flavours including chorizo and paprika, black pudding and apple, smoked salmon, dill and crème fraiche and a spiced chickpea and yogurt for the vegetarians out there.
